We Celebrated
We celebrated Father's Day with an alfresco brunch in our backyard. Complete with breakfast pizzas inspired by Alice Currah's new cookbook the Savory Sweet Life, fresh squeezed orange juice mimosas, a bit of French pressed coffee and all the sunshine and fresh summer air we could soak in.
Celebrating in such a simple manner has a subtle way of reconnecting and reminding those we love, just how deep that love goes. This time in our family life is fleeting, and I am grateful for these stolen moments that allow all of us to be present in our joy.
