Toilet paper has many uses, especially during Halloween. I know I have seen a few homes TP'd on Halloween in my day, well here's a more constructive and economical way to use toilet paper. AND after Halloween has passed, you can actually use the toilet paper what it's for. Uh-hum....
So, here ya' go: Halloween pumpkin Tutorial (pumpkins are made out of toilet paper!). A totally nifty and cheap Halloween decor project.
